This is a life long process combining the best foods, rest, exercise and sleep. Find an activity you enjoy doing (perhaps with a friend to stay motivated). Avoid processed sugar (obviously), eat regularly and small portions (small portions help us to digest faster and utilize the energy provided). I you can get out of the habit of eating sugars and substitute these with veggies you’ll find yourself with much more sustained energy, loose the weight gained from poor digestion and sleep deeper
